We offer:

Training

Our staff receive comprehensive support and training by undertaking the Care Certificate. This will enable them to deliver the best possible care to our Clients, giving confidence that all of our Carers have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support.

On-going training is vital to help ensure the best possible care and outcomes for our Clients. In addition to this, staff receive Client specific training so as to meet the individual needs of each Client. This training includes catheter care, epilepsy management, tracheostomy care, stoma care and gastrostomy feeding.

All clinical training is provided by our RGN Clinical Lead and competencies are completed to ensure that Carers have been signed off as safe to carry out these procedures.
